Texas AAU

The South Texas District of the Texas Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) will host the Sports Festival in Brownsville, TX on June 21 - 29 of 2009. The Sporting events will be Bike/Run, Yoga, , Track & Field, Swimming, Chinese Martial Arts, SOCCER, Urban Dance, Chess & Dominoes, Baseball, and Wrestling.

Jamz In The Park

Jamz in the Park will be held every 1st and 3rd Friday of the Month at 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., from May 2009 to August 2009, at Linear Park in the Mitte Cultural District, in Brownsville, Texas.  Get ready for some Live Music, Great Food, Cold Drinks and Fun People.

Spice Up The Summer

The Indian Cultural Center with the Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts invite you to attend the benefit evening of Indian Cuisine and Odissi Dance featuring Amogha Ganga Singh on Saturday, Juen 13, 2009.  Wine & Hors D'oeuvre Reception at 6:00 p.m.  Dance Performance at 7:00 p.m.  Traditional Indian Cuisine at 8:00 p.m.
